Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This policy explains how ServicePay Solutions handles personal information collected through servicepaysolutions.com. It covers who we are, what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
ServicePay Solutions is a United States business-to-business company. We sell a dual-pricing and card-fee program to home-service contractors and other service businesses. We operate the website servicepaysolutions.com.
If you have a privacy question, email info@servicepaysolutions.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a trial, an estimate, a consultation, or other follow-up, we collect the information you submit, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business information, such as your company name
- Card volume you choose to give us. On the trial request form, the monthly card-volume range is optional. On the fee-check page, if you ask us to email your estimate, we receive the exact slider amount so we can send that email
- Merchant processing statements and other business financial or transaction information a business sends us for review
The savings calculator on the homepage uses the monthly card volume and processing rate you set to show an estimate in your browser. Moving those sliders does not send the values to our servers or to advertising or analytics vendors. If you submit the trial form, we receive the business information on that form. The monthly card-volume range on that form is optional. On the fee-check page, if you ask us to email your estimate, the exact slider amount is sent to our server so we can write that email. It is not sent to advertising or analytics vendors.
We use merchant processing statements and other business financial or transaction information to prepare a savings analysis or estimate and to set up a trial. If a business enrolls, we share that information with our payment processing partners as needed to set up processing.
Information from other sources
We obtain business contact information from third-party business data providers and public sources. That can include a business name, a contact’s name, role, business email, business phone, and similar business details. We may email those business contacts about our program. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
When someone books through Calendly, we receive their name, email, meeting time, and booking UTM details from Calendly.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Device type and browser type
- Pages you view and actions you take on the site
- The referring URL (the page you came from)
- Campaign parameters in the address you used, including UTM parameters (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term, andutm_content) and click identifiers such asgclid, gbraid, wbraid, andfbclid - Cookie, pixel, and similar online identifiers
On a first visit, we may store those campaign parameters, the landing page, and the referrer in your browser (local storage) so that a later form submission can include them. Later visits do not overwrite that first-touch record. Stored UTM values are limited to 100 characters and to letters, numbers, spaces, periods, underscores, hyphens, and plus signs. Analytics page views include the page path, UTM parameters, and the click identifiers gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and fbclid. Other query parameters and fragments are not included. The stored landing page keeps that same path, UTM parameters, and click identifiers. The stored referrer keeps the referring site and path.
Hosting and security logs may also include your IP address, the date and time of the request, and the page requested.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to trial requests, questions, and other inquiries
- Schedule consultations through Calendly
- Send estimates you ask for
- Send marketing and follow-up emails about our program, including B2B marketing email to business contacts. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
- Prepare a savings analysis or estimate and set up a trial, using merchant processing statements and other business financial or transaction information a business sends us
- Measure site use with analytics
- Advertise and retarget, including geofenced and other location-based ads delivered by advertising platforms
We store the following in our CRM (Pipedrive) to follow up with prospects: name, email, phone, and company name from the trial form; email from the fee-check email request; and name, email, meeting time, and a link to the booking from Calendly bookings, plus first-touch (or Calendly booking) UTM parameters and ad click IDs. We do not send fee estimates or card-volume information to our CRM.
Advertising platforms may use information they have, including approximate location, to deliver those ads. This website does not ask your browser for precise GPS location.
Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tools. Providers include:
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-E8ZRNQFE8L), to measure page views and non-financial site events such as trial requests and consultation clicks
- The Meta Pixel (pixel ID 2786281345070435), to measure page views and non-financial advertising events
- Google and Meta advertising tools, which may use cookies or pixels to measure ads and to show ads, including retargeting, to people who have visited the site
- GroundTruth, a location-based advertising platform, for ad measurement, conversion measurement, and retargeting. On each page view, and after a completed trial request or Calendly booking, your browser requests a GroundTruth image that carries only our pixel or conversion id and a timestamp, not form answers or the page's query string. As with any web request, GroundTruth also receives your IP address and browser information and may set or read its own cookies. These images follow the same opt-out and Global Privacy Control rules as the other ad tags and do not load on the unsubscribe page.
- Calendly, when you book a consultation. Calendly opens in a pop-up window on this site or on its own pages, and uses its own cookies to schedule the meeting
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel receive only non-financial events. They do not receive card volume, fees, rates, estimate amounts, or the contents of forms. Google Ads may be used for remarketing, and a vendor that delivers geofenced or other location-based ads may set a pixel on campaign pages. Those tags follow the same opt-out and Global Privacy Control rules as the other advertising tags on this site.
Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga. The Meta Pixel may set cookies such as _fbp. These tags load when you visit, unless you have opted out as described below. They do not load on the unsubscribe page.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Analytics and advertising tags are on unless you opt out. Use the control below. Opting out stores that choice in this browser and stops analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and location-based ad pixels, from loading the next time a page is opened. Choosing Allow cookies stores an allow choice and those tags load again on the next page, unless your browser is sending Global Privacy Control.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (navigator.globalPrivacyControl), we treat that signal as an opt-out. Analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and location-based ad pixels, are not loaded while the signal is present, including if a stored choice says allow.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are on for this browser.
You can also use these provider and industry opt-outs:
- Google Ads settings
- Google Analytics opt-out (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)
- Meta ad preferences
- aboutads.info (optout.aboutads.info)
- optout.networkadvertising.org
Browser settings can also block or delete cookies. The on-site choice is stored in local storage on this device. It is not an advertising cookie. Clearing site data removes it, and the tags load again unless you opt out once more or Global Privacy Control is on.
How we share information
We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf, including:
- Netlify, for website hosting
- Resend, for transactional email from the website trial-request form
- Email sending and deliverability providers, for outreach email
- Google Workspace, for business email and related tools
- Pipedrive, our customer relationship management system
- Calendly, for scheduling consultations
- Google Analytics, for site measurement
- Payment processing partners, if a business enrolls, so they can set up card processing
We also share identifiers and internet activity with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising. For that purpose those platforms are third parties, not service providers. They include:
- Google Ads, for ad delivery, remarketing, and measurement
- Meta, for ad delivery and measurement
- GroundTruth, for ad measurement, conversion measurement, and retargeting
- Location-based advertising vendors, for ad delivery and measurement
We may also share information:
- When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of ServicePay Solutions, our customers, or others
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business
We do not sell personal information for money.
Under some state privacy laws, allowing an advertising pixel to share an identifier with an advertising platform for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising can be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” even when no money changes hands. You can opt out of that activity with the control on this page, with Global Privacy Control, and with the provider opt-out links under Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Email marketing
Marketing emails, including B2B emails to business contacts, include an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Opening the link asks the recipient to confirm. Mailbox one-click unsubscribe still works. The unsubscribe page does not put the email address in the web address, and it does not load analytics or advertising tags.
We do not operate an SMS or text-messaging program, and we do not send promotional text messages. If you give us a phone number on a form, we may use it to call or otherwise respond to that request. We do not enroll that number in a text-message marketing list.
US state privacy rights
California (CCPA/CPRA)
This section is our notice at collection for California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides the rights below.
We collect these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, IP address, and cookie or pixel IDs); commercial and financial information (such as card-volume ranges, estimate inputs, merchant processing statements, and other business financial or transaction information a business sends us); internet or other electronic network activity (such as pages viewed, referrer, and campaign parameters); and professional information (such as company name and other business details you provide, including business contact details).
We collect these categories from you, from your browser and device, from analytics and advertising partners, and as business contact information we obtain from third-party business data providers and public sources. We use them for the purposes in “How we use information.” We disclose them to the service providers, payment processing partners, and advertising and analytics platforms listed in “How we share information.”
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising platforms for targeted advertising, as described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
California residents have the right to:
- Know the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, business or commercial purposes, and categories of third parties we disclose it to
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions the law allows
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right
Other states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon, and of other states with similar privacy laws, may have the right to access personal information, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling. We will honor requests that your state’s law requires us to honor. The same email process below is how you send those requests.
How to submit a request
Email info@servicepaysolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” Include your name, the state you live in, the right you want to use, and an email or phone number we can use to reach you. We will verify that you are the person the information is about, or that you are an authorized agent. Authorized agents should include proof of their authority. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
To opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising on this site, you can also use the control under Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or a Global Privacy Control signal. You do not need an account to send a request.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal. Reply to our decision or email info@servicepaysolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy appeal” and tell us why you disagree. We will review the appeal and send the result. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. There is no accepted standard for how websites must respond to Do Not Track, and this site does not change its behavior based only on a Do Not Track signal.
We do honor Global Privacy Control. When your browser sets navigator.globalPrivacyControl, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics and advertising cookies and of sharing for targeted advertising. Analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and location-based ad pixels, do not load while that signal is on.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes responding to you, keeping ordinary business and accounting records, measuring advertising, and meeting legal duties. When we no longer need the information, we delete it or de-identify it.
Service providers may keep copies for a limited time under their own retention practices. Campaign values and your opt-out choice stored in this browser stay on your device until you clear them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, email info@servicepaysolutions.com and we will delete it. This section describes our practices under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Business audience
The site and the dual-pricing program are offered to businesses and to the owners, managers, and staff who inquire for a business. The program is not a consumer product for personal, family, or household use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
